[Full-time] Accounts Assistant at Sunway Lost World Hotel Tambun Ipoh

Responsibilities:
Review all related payment documents and ensure that they are in order. He/she also performs the payment procedures
Responsible for the processing of payments to suppliers, vendors and contractor and ensure all payment documents are kept in proper storage and filling system
Updates the account receivable and collection of hotel clientele, collates the outlets bills, miscellaneous bills, room guest folios, attach and send with the statements to respective clientele
Responsible in ensuring all the income revenue posting correctly.
To achieve cost saving and identify deviations by managing all cost control/reporting systems and procedures.

Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting/Finance or relevant professional qualification
Minimum 2 years experience preferably in hospitality/service industry
Familiar with AccPac accounting system would be an advantage
High level of accuracy, commitment, dedication and attention to details
Possess good communication & interpersonal skill
A team player and able to work under pressure and meet deadline
