[Full-time] Senior Web Engineer at Netsolace Information Technology (Pvt.) Ltd

We are looking for diligent and truly dedicated people with hands-on experience of ASP.NET, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Javascript & SQL Server and a strong sense of clean design and coding. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to create dynamic web content and the ability to work in a team-based environment. The candidate should be technically savvy, possessing strong web production and analytical skills, having ability to think out-of-the-box and take initiatives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to following:

* Developing web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies * Exploring and using new components/APIs as and when required * Managing development activities within provided timeline * Getting QA testing of assigned tasks within time constraints provided * Daily Coordination with supervisor regarding ongoing tasks * Analyzing customer requirements to design and develop new product features that can be reused across customer implementations * Designing, building, implementing and maintaining Web based systems * Re factoring existing product features to be more reusable and easier to maintain * Playing a key role in the maintenance of companies major websites * Analyzing instrumentation data to understand and resolve customer-impacting issues * Providing support in evaluating, testing and implementing new web tools and technologies * Work with visual designers to analyze requirements, incorporate industry best practices and build a world class user experience * Follow user experience and development coding standards

Skills Required:

- BSE/BCS/MCS/equivalent – At least 4+ years of practical experience of web applications development using .NET – Experience in ASP.NET (2.0 or above), AJAX, HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Web Services and MS SQL Server (2005 or above) – Should be able to work on application design and architecture especially for web applications – Should be able to deliver under tight and short deadlines – Ability to work with and organize large volumes of content – Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment – Ability to drive projects from start to finish with minimal supervision – Should have excellent communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization – Should be a team player – Should be a quick learner – Good communications skills
