- Data entry/ keeping the records up-to-date on daily basis.
-Manage and resolving various issues related to Human Resources.
- Organizational development
-Managing the change within the organization.
- Manage staff benefits, alumni,all HR Notices, safety, health, and employee services.
- To assist management on HR issues, policies & procedures.
- To ensure that all the policies and procedures formulate are to be properly implemented.
-Management of employee leave records.
- HR notices management to ensure smooth communication with in the organization.
- Management and processing of final
settlement cases.
- Further duties as assigned by the HR Supervisor
Skills Required:
Strong skills in time management, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Accurately record, remember and verbally communicate information.
