Responsible to ensure all sale transactions and expenses are properly accounted for with proper reconciliation
Assist in month-end closing of accounts, preparation of financial reports and financial analysis
Assist in the implementation of internal control system and management procedures to ensure integrity of financial system
Proper maintenance of accounting records including fixed asset
Other administrative duties
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the hospitality/service industry
Familiar with AccPac accounting system would be an added advantage
High level of accuracy, commitment, dedication and attention to details
Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
A team player and able to work under pressure and meet deadline
