[Full-time] Front Office Manager at Sunway Lost World Hotel Tambun Ipoh

Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily operations of Front Office Department, including Reservation, Front Desk, Concierge/Bell Desk and PABX
Ensures Quality Service Standards are adhered to and that an optimum service level is provided to all guests
To train, motivate and provide leadership to cultivate a Front Office Team that is self motivated and focused on delivering superior service levels
Responsible for maintaining the standard of guest service offered by the front office associates ensuring that all front office procedures are accomplished and followed through
Handle and resolve guest complaints and special request in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all time
In the absence of Hotel Manager, be responsible for the entire day-to day hotel operations. Responsibilities include financial results, adherence to standards of product and service, management of human resources and sales and marketing strategy under the guidance of the Group General Manager

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 year(s) in the Front Office of similar property
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in room forecasting and budgeting
Positive work attitude, independent, responsible, reliable and willing to work on shifts.
Knowledge in OPERA system will be an added advantage
