Responsible for the overall operations of the Front Desk, including reservation, registration and cashiering by providing the ultimate service to all hotel guests
Handles all arrivals for check-ins procedures and departures for checkout of all hotel guests
To assist guests in their requirement during their stay with the hotel
Ensure guests details are updated in the system immediately and accurately
Greet all guests and patrons of the hotel with utmost respect and courtesy, as well as handle guest's requests and inquiry
Up selling of room accommodation to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work efficiently and as a team while maintaining a courteous disposition towards guests
Positive work attitude, pleasant appearance and excellent grooming standards.
Must be willing to work on shift
Computer literate and knowledge in Opera system will be an added advantage
