Responsible in special liaison on all FAM visits of VIPs, journalist, Government/agencies relations, customer welfare, corporate social responsibility, community projects, event management etc.
Coordinate activities and program for FAM group, journalist and visitors.
Greets FAM visitors, journalists and VIPs upon arrival at the hotel and conduct hotel tour and inspection when necessary.
Provides public relations support of the hotel promotions, specifically in publicizing them in the local market.
To prepare reports, letters, memorandums, fax etc as assigned by the Hotel Manager whilst ensuring the strictest levels of confidentiality at all times
Responses and reply to guest comments with Hotel Manager’s approval
Routes all incoming and outgoing mails as well as correspondence related to Executive office
Other secretariat and administrative duties
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma in Mass Communication, Hospitality Management or relevant
Must have advanced computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power point applications and e-mail functions.
Minimum 3 years work experience in administration. Preferable Hotel Secretarial experience/Travel Industry
High level of accuracy, commitment, dedication and attention to details
Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
Pleasant personality, hardworking and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language will be helpful.
