Job Description
#
1. Carry out internal operational audit or general audit across the whole company or it’s subsidiaries.
#
2. Conduct operational crisis audit and investigation as well as offering recommendations for immediate improvements
#
3. Perform other ad-hoc special projects as required from time to time under the instruction of HOD/GM/MD
#
4. Assess the daily controls to ensure that transactions are recorded and processed in compliance with operation procedures or company policy
#
5. Provide audit summary reports and updates of audit findings during audit fieldwork
Job Requirements
#
1. Bachelor’s degree required. However, for diploma holder with similar working experience (with minimum 2 years) are encouraged to apply
#
2. With minimum 1 year in audit (internal / external) or with relevant experience in business operation
#
3. Possess positive attitudes,proactive,hardworking and willing to work long hours
#
4. Meticulous, independent and good analytical skills & good report writing skills
#
5. Must be willing to travel and stay in outstation with short notice (within 24 hours)
#
6. Possess own car
#
7. Those from existing internal audit departments or with experience (internal auditors/Quality System/Engineers) are also encouraged to apply
#
8. Preferably Chinese / Male
