Executive – Material Sourcing
Desired Competencies
1. On-hand experience in sourcing automotive components or sourcing raw material in a engineering manufacturing industry
2. Should have expertise in managing wide spectrum of vendors in motivating and maintaining good relationship.
3. Should be able to independently handle complete cycle from the stage of Purchase order release to the stage of closure
4. Should have experience in component costing and cost re-engineering.
5. Should be able to coordinate with OE suppliers
6. Should have go-getter attitude without compromises.
7. Fair knowledge on process knowledge in development of components with new vendors.
8. Maintain all records pertaining to sourcing activities enabling easy retrieval of information
Technical Competencies
1. Process knowledge on component development in automotive industry
2. Knowledge on materials used in engineering industry
3. Know-how on basic infrastructure requirement at vendor's end
Qualification: BE/BTech Mech 3 – 6 years of exp
