[Full-time] Senior PHP Developer Team Lead at April&June

We are a German based web development, design and online marketing company and are setting-up our Pakistan presence.

We are looking for an individual (absolutely an EXPERT) for our Lahore office with a proven track record. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team (at the initial stage 5 members) assigned to him/her. Ideal candidates possess end-to-end knowledge of the content management and web application space including performance and scalability design and tuning, data migration, SEO strategy execution.

Skills Required:

Technical skills

- 8+ years over all experience in web development.
- 5+ years of professional experience in PHP (must have a solid grip on smarty, zend framework)
- 4+ years hands-on experience of open source CMS Joomla.
- Word press and Typo3 experience will be a big plus.
- Experience in building scalable web applications like modules for CMS or Online Shop Systems is a must.
- Must be able to design effective and optimize database in MySQL and posses advance level of knowledge in SQL queries.
- Advanced level JavaScript (ajax) programming and code.

modification skill

- Capable to track bug and do advanced level of debugging
v. Good knowledge of front end technologies (XHTML, CSS, etc.)
- Must have clean and effective coding practice with comprehensive commenting
- UML skills would be a plus
- XML and CSV skills would be also a plus
- Project management tool Subversion skills are a nice to have.

Soft skills

- 3+ years of team-lead experience and excellent.
- interpersonal skills.
- Conceptual work methodology.
- Pro active approach and highly motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Very Proficient in Quality Assurance
- Capable of mentoring junior developers.
- Strong technical written and verbal communication in English
- BCS, preferably Masters in computer science or business computer science from any well reputed university.
