- Summarize content of incoming mail/ data and prepare report on important issues.
- Maintain policy and confidential files, records and documentations.
- Manage all travel related bookings.
- Maintain & perform other personal tasks as and when required.
- Have a proactive approach and be able to anticipate and perform tasks required by the executive.
- Manage routine correspondence and telephone calls independently.
