Min. Requirements: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgical with Min. 12 Yrs of Exp in Running Petrochemical/Fertilizer/ Chemical Plant as an Inspection Engineer and should not be project based QA/QC related. Should be familiar with Engineering Codes, Industrial Inspection Techniques and Risk-Based Inspection Methodology, International standards and codes like ASME, API, TEMA, ASTM, ANSI, etc. Exp. in inspection of various equipment like Columns, Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Boilers and Steam Related Systems, Piping, etc. Exp. in corrosion monitoring, identifying defects and degradation mechanisms, repairs and replacement. Resolve static equipment problems and provide recommendations for corrective action. Exp. in reading P&ID, PFD & isometrics drawings for performing inspection related activities.
