The person should be:

- Must be good at PHP 5.0.

- Knowledge about MVC frameworks is a requirement, working knowledge of Symfony will be a huge plus.

- Expertise in working with PHP and MySQL.

- Proficiency with front-end scripting including HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, jQuery

- Knowledge about SSL, Application security, PHP/SQL injections, XSS attacks and prevention.

- Payment processing, Pay-flow Pro will be a plus.

- Hands-on experience with web application architecture and relational database design.

- Solid object-oriented concepts.

- Professional experience building database-driven web applications.

- Experience of the full software development life cycle from requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.

- Good levels of communication. Both written and verbal.
