[Full-time] Telecom & Data Network Engineer at Softech Microsystems

Job Description:

Provide client side and in house trouble shooting and maintenance of Telecom & Data Network.

- Installation and commissioning of Computer, Data and Telecom equipment

- deployment testing / training of users

- Perform hardware/software/network maintenance / trouble shooting duties

- Assist with the maintenance and operation of windows workstations

- Assist in computer related duties

- Ensure all daily tasks including backups etc, complete successfully

- Offer technical support over the phone.

Skills Required:

Relevant educational background (Bs Computer Engineering, BS computer systems, BSCS, ) or
documented experience as IT / Data Network Assistant with relevant trainings and courses.
- 1 to 2 years of preferred experience providing all round technical support to users
- Must have thorough Windows/MS Office and MS SQL & Ms Access Database knowledge .
- Good English reading and writing
- Must have thorough knowledge of PC hardware and software
- Knowledge of networking, hardware & software
- Must be a team player who can work successfully with other departments in a multicultural and multi-lingual environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
